Okay dancers! Let’s up our Technique!
Miss Sue returned home from Los Angeles recently after four days and a total of 30 hours of intensive teacher training with none other than Paula Morgan. This is not the first time Miss Sue has visited LA for Paula Morgan training and it adds to the nearly 250 hours of training attained over the past three years.
The Paula Morgan Technique (PMT) is a unique ballet technique designed to preserve longevity in a dancer, build strength and flexibility and provide stress free joint mobility. PMT gives a dancer the potential to achieve perfect optimal alignment without injury. Miss Sue is already certified in Level I (of III) and will receive Level II certification this spring. Miss Sue is one of the first set of teachers in the world to receive certification in the Paula Morgan Technique and is proud to see the results in her students.
